A newly furnished villa for 10 people next to a beautiful beach (70 meters) and other beaches in a small fishing village with a unique view of Velebit and the beaches and the sea. Large space for socializing outside and inside, sea views from rooms and bathrooms, fenced yard, private parking, children's playground by the terrace.
Fully equipped, it contains 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room and kitchen.
For additional enjoyment, there is a pool and stone cottage with a grill in the spacious yard, ideal for evening relaxation.
The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 90x200 beds, one bedroom with a 140x200 bed or a bed up, one living room with a corner sofa, and another large living room with glass rock and views of the beach and Velebit. A fully equipped kitchen with access to a large covered terrace with a pool in front of it, and a cottage closed with a bar and a grill. There is also a children's playground next to the terrace. There is also parking for 2 spaces within the house with automatic door closing, and 3 spaces in front of the house.
